I think that this may not meet address@concealed's needs for two reasons:

(1) many mail clients don't support mailto URLs with subjects. If the
aliases for this are set up, i prefer address@concealed

(2) you would have to set this footer for each list individually,
because there is no template expansion in the footer. address@concealed
wrote a patch for this, which i haven't tried.
