You need to create a new scenario. It's easy to do copying an existing 
one from /home/sympa/bin/etc/scenari to /home/sympa/etc/scenari/  
(change name and edit it). Don't forget that Sympa do not reload 
dynamically scenario unless you touch the related list config file and 
restart sympa.pl
