The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I am pretty new to sympa still.

I have created a list of type "newsletter."  I have set the "who can 
send" to "Newsletter, restricted to moderators after confirmation 
(newsletterkeyonly)".

I will have many moderators, and I would like to completely prevent the 
sending of HTML email.  I only want them to be able to send text 
messages, without attachements.

How can I do this?
