feature/bug tracking system : http://listes.cru.fr/mantis/
This way we'll do our best to integrate it in the next release (4.2.x).

Here are a few comments on your work :

1. Since your summary includes both text/plain and text/html parts, we think it should become the default summary format. It means that you shouldn't have to add an extra reception_mode (there are too many of them) and you don't have to manage extra @tabrcpthtmlsummary
2. You should define a subroutine that htmlizes variables ('&' changed to '&amp;'...)

If this thread goes on, I think it should move to the sympa-dev ML
because not all users are concerned with this.
