The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi Rodrigo,

If the message is in the msg/ spool and it is not processed by Sympa, I can 
think
about the following explanations :
        1/ sympa.pl is not running
        2/ sympa.pl does not have read+write access on it
        3/ sympa.pl is doing some other task (check the log file)
        4/ the list has its 'priority' parameter set to 'z', which means
           that messages for this list are not processed

Anyway, here is the standard procedure when having problems :
        1/ check Sympa log files
        2/ if required, set the 'log_level' parameter (in sympa.conf) to
           a higher value.
        3/ return to rule 1
