The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

We are serving a virtual seminar and sympa does not seem to work anymore.
I'm using sympa-3.3.3-6 and the situation is:

My list is configured to moderate all messages. I send messages from 
outer sites like hotmail or yahoo and sendmail seems to be working 
because after a while the messages show up in the msg folder.
After that, no other action is taken by sympa. Messages are not moved 
for moderation, they are not rejected, etc.
They just sit there and wait to be processed. Sympa is not processing any.
We have been using this list for three days now and this started 
happening today.
