well .. removing a RDBMS support in a minor version seems to be very
rough. what we could say is:

* going public on removing the Sybase support for sympa 7 
* asking, in the same mail, who:
  * can provide a testing infrastructure for sybase
  * who need Sybase
* if we have an amount of positive answers for the 2nd question and
  a postive answer for the first one, we could try to support 6.2 as
  well (6.2 will not evolve a lot afaiu - u for understand :) ).
