I cannot decide immediatly (For example, currently [view] button
on moderation panel will not work without jQuery.  I can't know
whether this behavior is harmful or not).


Before that, I look this issue probably cannot be decided on our own
authority.  We might learn from users' experiences to improve users'
experiences.

I feel it would be better to propose your plan on sympa-users list
at first.
