Knowing is good: CRU is the name of the organization hosting sourcesup 
(our forge) and which manages Sympa. :)

Indeed, you already had a CRU account. the former accounts have been 
migrated to the new login system.
Then, you can log in with your email address and your former password. 
If you don't remember it, it can be sent to you.
I guess you had troubles because you navigated in the authentication 
interface prior to login. So maybe it didn't have the informations about 
the page you were coming from anymore.

It appears that our ergonomy isn't optimal. If you had any suggestions 
about how to improve it, please let us know.

That's it. If you could send us one of these message files, we could try 
to reproduce the bug here. That way, we could find what's wrong with 
bounced.pl.
