[sympa-fr] crash sympa

Bonjour à tous,

Nous avons un serveur dédié aux listes de diffusions,  avec SYMPA (évidemment!). Il arrive que Sympa s'arrête, de temps en temps. Ce phénoméne est heureusement assez rare. Il suffit de relancer le processus sympa pour que tout rentre dans l'ordre et reparte normalement, mais c'est quand même un peu désagréable :o)

Cela s'est reproduit hier de la manière suivante : 

- Un message de sympa envoyé à listmaster -> Objet : Listmaster / sympa_died. Corps du message : Can't create new process in safefork: (et rien après les ' : ' )

- Je relance sympa, qui envoie un second message -> Objet : Le processus précédent s'est terminé brutalement. Corps du message : 

Le processus précédent est mort de manière inattendue.

Quelqu'un a t'il déjà rencontré le problème ? Une idée de solution, ou changement de configuration ?
