Hi!

I already did this several times and I added ALL locales to debconf. The 
system locales are all generated and I added to sympa.conf:

lang    de
supported_lang de,en_US,fr,cs,el,hu,it,ja_JP,nl,oc,pt_BR,tr

But even if I change the "lang" option to anything else the web 
interface is german and all the languages in the drop-down-menu are 
german. (Look at the picture at this mail). I can choose whatever 
"Deutsch" I want, the language ist really german.

This ist what "make" outputs in sympa source dir:
