[sympa-fr] Problems with locales on Debian

Hi!

I have problems with the locales in wwsympa.

I downloaded sympa 5.2.1 (and sympa 5.2 before) and compiled it without any 
errors.

On the wwsympa interface I have only "Deutsch" (german) in the list for 
changing the language, but this several times. It is regardless of which  
"Deutsch" I choose the  displayed language ist always german.

I have a second  (almost identical) Debian sever with sympa 5.1.2 where it 
works perfect and I have several language which I can choose.

So the perl modules are fine. I do not understand where the error ist, can 
anyone help me? The locales on the system are all generated.
