mauvais message de notification

Bonjour,

Avec sympa 3.3.5, si je rejete la creation d'une liste, l'utilisateur
recoit un email disant que la liste a ete activee alors qu'elle est
fermee.

J'ai essaye de regarder le source de wwsympa.fcgi et a la fin de la
fonction "do_install_pending_list", il n'y a rien pour dire que la
creation de la liste a ete refusee :

sub do_install_pending_list {

...
    if ($in{'notify'}) {
        foreach my $i (@{$list->{'admin'}{'owner'}}) {
            next if ($i->{'reception'} eq 'nomail');
            $list->send_file('list_created', $i->{'email'}, $robot,{})
                if ($i->{'email'});
        }
    }
}

J'ai regarde les changements dans les nouvelles versions, mais je n'ai
rien vu concernant mon probleme.
Est ce que c'est un Bug? Si oui a t'il ete fixe(et dans quelle version)?
