pb liste ldap

Bonjour,

Je teste la possibilite de gerer une liste ldap (test-ldap) sur 
un serveur SYMPA 2.6.1/WWSYMPA/Apache 1.3.9 (Debian noyau 2.2.14)
fonctionnant avec les modules suivants :

Cette machine sert egalement ldap 
(openldap 1.2.10) qui repond aux clients ldap correctement.
L'installation de perl-ldap
extrait du fichier config de test-ldap

La requete "listes publiques" sur le web SYMPA fonctionne correctement 
si les instructions ldap sont commentees.
Par contre, pour la config ci-dessus, on obtient une
500 Internal Server Error ! avec les logs suivants:

Apres recherches dans les archives SYMPA, et n'ayant rien trouve 
malheureusement, je cherche de l'aide.
