I couldn't reproduce the same behavior on my environments (Ubuntu 24LTS + 
Perl 5.42.1).

Could you please try to identify the minimum set of code required to 
reproduce the problem?
For example:
* Try launching WWSympa manually, e.g.: su - sympa -c 
/Full/Path/To/wwsympa.fcgi
* Furthermore, try removing any unrelated code from wwsympa.fcgi.
etc.
