I have a hunch the problem lies in /usr/libexec/sympa/wwsympa.fcgi, but 
I'm not sure what it is or how to diagnose it.  The only error I'm 
seeing logged is:

I've been through the entire diff between 6.2.76's wwsympa.fcgi and 
6.2.78's, and nothing is leaping out at me.
