Hello Stefan,

Ok… What I understood from this PR is that I had to try to apply this patch (https://github.com/ikedas/sympa/commit/cf90aca.diff) which modifies three files in the Sympa code.
So I tried to do this (applied to Sympa 6.2.70 installed as Debian package, directy under /usr/share/sympa/lib/Sympa/).

After having saved the original files, of course.

The result is the following :
Two Sympa services (sympa.service and sympa-task_manager.service) are found no longer running properly when I execute "systemctl status 'sympa*'".
They alternately reports an exception, like "Main PID: 583593 (code=exited, status=255/EXCEPTION)".
Sometimes one or the other seems to run (likely there is a periodic restart attempt), but it never happens that both of them are running at once.

Of course, I have now restored the original files.

Anyway, I don't think that any kind of alias may be implied in that domain of my configuration.

Regards,

Gingko

Hello Stefan,

Ok, thank you very much.

I think that I have fixed this.
At least.

But this is unrelated to my initial problem (/Unable to request or reset lists passwords/) which is still not fixed.

Maybe I could try to debug the source code ...
But I don't know how to debug PERL scripts which are not started from command line.

Regards,

Gingko

Hello Stefan,

If I do *systemctl status 'sympa*'*, all listed services appear to be running.

I noticed something strange however:

Into the last logs for the *sympa-bulk.service*, I can see several times the following:

janv. 21 15:19:04 srv5.listdomain.fr bulk[39820]: err main::#160 > Sympa::Spindle::spin#83 > Sympa::Spindle::ProcessOutgoing::_twist#230 > Sympa::Tools::DKIM::get_dkim_parameters#85 Could not read dkim private key /etc/opendkim/keys/listdomain.fr/default.private: No such file or directory

It is true that there is no *default.private* file in that place.

The *opendkim *private keys that I generally use are named *mail.private*, not *default.private*.

Hello Gingko,

please take a look at https://www.sympa.community/manual/customize/dkim-arc/setup-sympa.html / Parameters for DKIM signing.
