Hi, Ralph,

we are running Sympa now for a bit more than a year or so. The installation
is not even straightforward :\ And we had to re-install it now and then.
Sometimes the GUI was accessible, but it happened nothing after that, no
response from the buttons or links and so on. A bit annoying and frustrating!

Perhaps I am a bit late to the party here, but I have been running Sympa for over a decade (since Ubuntu 12.04). Perhaps my install/update notes will be of assistance. Now, that said, I installed it somewhat differently than either of you have described, opting for a suexec fcgi approach instead (which necessitated a wrapper script, which is documented).

Cheers.
