we are running Sympa now for a bit more than a year or so. The installation 
is not even straightforward :\ And we had to re-install it now and then. 
Sometimes the GUI was accessible, but it happened nothing after that, no 
response from the buttons or links and so on. A bit annoying and frustrating!

But our two Sympas in productive environment (both on Debian) are working 
more or less well. Randomly Sympa crashes, but this is only once in three 
month or so.

Sympa has a lot of useful features and a nice GUI. We tried Mailman 3 in the 
beginning (after 15 good years on Mailman 2), but it was a hell to install 
and configure. So Sympa is the better choice IMHO.
