The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Take the following scenario:

User A is a member of the following Sympa Mailing Lists:

address@concealed

address@concealed

address@concealed

If an email is sent (To: or Cc: field) to address@concealed,

address@concealed, and

address@concealed, how can User A only receive one single message instead of three?

I found a very old posting here (https://listes.renater.fr/sympa/arc/sympa-users/2007-04/msg00039.html) with a similar scenario but no resolution and I am unable to find anything in the documentation for how to implement this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
