That line of the config was commented out, I’ve uncommented it with the following. What is the default for the system if this isn’t configured in the sympa.conf file. This installation has been in place for at least a couple of years at this point, I just find it odd that the behavior would have changed. We’ve found lists not updating days after the SQL tables have been updated with the new subscribers.

default_ttl 3600

This has never been an issue; I’m starting to wonder if the packages have been updated on a system update recently.

In your sympa.conf what is your setting for default_ttl? This is the time in seconds for how often each list does an automatic Data Sources sync. If it's something like 86400 it's only checking once every 24 hours.

We have Sympa 6.2.40 from distro packages running on Ubuntu 20.04. List membership is updated from MySQL tables and this setup has been working for a long time. However recently, the last few weeks/months, subscriber members only update when you go to that lists admin subscriber web page and refresh the page. This would seem to not be permissions issue and the data in the tables are correct as it updates when you refresh the subscribers page. Is there a process in crontab that is forcing this refresh that might be broken for some reason?

We only update the SQL subscriber information once per day, is there a CLI command to force and update on all lists?
