I actually had been looking at the page in the documentation. Do you tend to have one .incl file per list then in your data_sources directory? Trying to conceptualize whether it is like one monolithic .incl file or several .incl files per list.

Take a look at Sympa data sources. There are multiple options.

Once configured, you can trigger a sync from the command line with “sympa.pl --sync_include … “
We use LDAP sync extensively here, both level 1 and 2.

<address@concealed> My college has used Mailman v2 for over a decade now and we are transitioning to using Sympa. We have over 500 mailing lists where we automated list membership using bash scripts to build flat data files and then used Mailman’s sync_members
command to add and remove subscribers from those lists.
