The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

HTTPD Error 503

I am in the process of installing Sympa using the Fedora RPMs, sympa and
sympa-httpd. I think I have everything configured and all the tests
after completing various component integration steps all pass.

However I get

Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance 
downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

When I try to go to http://www1.example.com/sympa on my server. I can
get the http://www1.example.com/ page just fine so I know that Apache is
working.

Any suggestions? I can provide copies of my conf files.
