Hi Peter,

We have Sympa 6.2.68 installed on our staging server and I did not 
notice any issue while change the page size on the members review page.

I tried both Chrome 99.0.4844.51 (Ubuntu) and Firefox 98.0 (Ubuntu)

I suggest you try using different web browsers and enabling your 
browser's javascript console to look for errors.
