Perhaps anyone don't know.

AFAIK Sympa's logging behavior has always been inconsistent (Although
there may have been a consistent logging policy for developers in the
past, no one knows about it now). As a result, it is possible that
logs that were considered redundant were removed during refactoring.
First of all, I think it is necessary to clarify what is to be logged
or not to be logged.

By the way, the same thing as yours has been submitted as an issue:
https://github.com/sympa-community/sympa/issues/1052

So we'd be better to have a detailed discussion there.
