The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

On further experimentation, this only seems to be an issue for the first 30-45 minutes after sympa gets restarted. 

Whatever it is doing after restart causes the search by name query to time out.

Migrate this setup from SLES 12 to redhat 7 and everything works except for list searching by name. There are about 6000 lists on the box, so I'm wondering if there is a timeout somewhere I can tweak to allow the sql to finish?
