I need assistance getting APACHE running on our UBUNTU 18.04 server with Sympa.

Does anyone have a step-by-step guide for Ubuntu and apache?

 

I am struggling with the instructions listed on https://sympa-community.github.io/manual/install/configure-http-server-spawnfcgi.html
