The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I'm moving Sympa to a new machine, and upgrading from an earlier 6.x.y 
version to the current release, and from Apache 2.2 to 2.4. I think i've 
got permissions and config directives right, but am still getting 403's. 
Would anyone be willing to take a look at the relevant config and try to 
spot what's wrong? Logs don't give enough useful detail even in debug.
