Hmm, you're right -- I had our main list configured to check for quarantine as well as reject, because we had some problems reported with some folks not getting mail.

If you hate DMARC I have a little perl shim that adds ARC headers (the
mostly done DMARC workaround for mailing lists) and does passive
aggressive From: header rewriting so this:

turns into this:
From: Steve <address@concealed>
