We upgraded an old version of Sympa 6.0.3 to 6.2.16 and for the most
part, it looked good.  the sympa.pl --upgrade output looked fine, no
errors.  The service starts up just fine but when I try to go to the
webpage Apache throws and Internal Server Error.  I go and check the
Apache error logs and see this block...

I have tried to monkey with the permissions on the sympa.conf and the
sympa.conf.bin file to no avail.  The Apache server is running as the
Sympa user and that users is in the sudos file per this page
(https://www.sympa.org/manual/web-interface).  Any thoughts?
