The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I upgraded over the weekend to sympa-6.2.16-1.20170301.svn12976.RHEL6.x86_64

Now sympa is consuming all of the postgresql connections on our DB server.  
It would appear that it is not closing connections related to lists that are 
sourced from the DB.

For us this is quite serious as it takes the DB server out when the available 
connections are exhausted which then effects other services.
