Thanks Sivert, but the only options that I'm seeing under Edit List Config -> Archives are:

Web Archives (web_archive)

Text Archives (archive)

Archive Encrypted Emails as Cleartext (Archvie_crypted_msg)

Email address protection method (web_archive_spam_protection)

We are running Sympa v6.1.22.  Maybe "process_archive" has been introduced into the Web UI subsequently ?

Thanks

Patrick

Hi,

There should be a option under "Edit list config -> Archives"

Set "Store distributed messages into archive (process_archive)" to
"disabled" to turn of processing of new email.

And set "access right (web_access)" and "access right by mail commands
(mail_access)" to "closed" to disable access to the archive.
