The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

We had log level set to 0 in sympa.conf, increased it to 4 and restarted the sympa service.

I still only see this pattern of 4 log entries after attempting a distribution/approval of message in moderation:

main::do_distribute() do_distribute(100040230434832e2ba8f1bbfb321ad0)
notice main::do_distribute() Moderator approves message: 100040230434832e2ba8f1bbfb321ad0
main::do_modindex() do_modindex
main::do_modindex() do_modindex: no message and no document
