The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

We recently changed from CentOS 5 to CentOS 7 but kept the same version of
Sympa (6.1.24). We also migrated from sendmail to postfix.

Users with moderated lists are unable to approve messages to those lists post-
migration but posting to all other list types is successful.

The sympa error log shows the moderator approving the message "notice
main::do_distribute() Moderator approves message:"
 wwsympa cannot find the message to distribute "main::do_modindex()
do_modindex: no message and no document"

The /sympa/spool/moderation directory shows that approved .distribute
