By default, Sympa needs sendmail(1) or compatible utility to submit
outbound messages to mail relay.  An alternative may be smtpc
utility bundled in Sympa 6.2.

For example, if Haraka listens submission port (587) on localhost,
add these lines to sympa.conf:

  sendmail /full/path/to/sympa_smtpc
  sendmail_args --esmtp localhost:587

then restart Sympa daemons.
