The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hey all,
sorry to bother you, but I have a problem with footer in mailing list.
I'm new in Sympa, I created one mailing list successfully and when I set
a custom footer for example :
To unsubscribe from this list, clink here: [% wwsympa_url
%]/auto_signoff/[% listname %]/[% user.escaped_email %]

but variables doesn't work at all. It shows same variable in the mail.
