The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

First off:  THANK YOU STEVE!!!!  The patch seems to work like a charm, 
and I just put it into production.

A couple of notes:
- it seems to work just fine on Sympa 6.2.20 (I looked through the code, 
didn't see any conflicts, and put it into production).
- I changed the defaults in the patched List.pm, restarted Sympa, and 
they auto-magically took effect on all lists

Two suggestions, if you keep working on the patch:

1. Perhaps add a mode that does both name & email, and name via list - 
something like produces a From: field something like:

*From: **Miles Fidelman (address@concealed) via mailing list 
<address@concealed>
*

Which might make things even clearer to a recipient.**(I might noodle 
with it a bit, but I don't trust my Perl skills all that much)*

2. Maybe, add a way to set defaults globally through the web interface.

And definitely submit the patch to the developers for inclusion in the 
next release.
