The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I've set up sympa and got it working fine =) Big thanks to the developers!

Now I need some help with a particular setup I require for a mailing list.

I need the list to:

1) conceal the sender's email address

2) change the name of the sender field to their "name" in the sympa user
database

I know requisite (1) can be set as an option in sympa, it will change
the sender's email for the email of the list itself.

However I can't figure if requisite (2) is achievable, and if not, what
would be the best way to implement that.

I'm not an experienced perl programmer myself, but I have access to one.

Example:

List address@concealed gets mail:

From: "John Arbuckle <address@concealed>"

That email is registered with the name "Pet Lover" in the sympa database.

Then sympa would delivers this email as:

From: "Pet Lover <address@concealed>"

Any help is much appreciated!
