The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

hello, 

I'll write a XML::Tag module to generate easily the list creation xml.
The first usage would be a wrapper that read instructions from yaml or
s-exprs instead of xml. something like:

create_list:
    - address@concealed:
        subject: "everything is shinning"
        owners:
            - email: address@concealed
              gecos: Octave R. Gebel
        moderators:
            - email: address@concealed
            - email: address@concealed
    - address@concealed:
        subject: "labor class for the woot project"
        owners:
            - email: address@concealed
              gecos: Octave R. Gebel
        moderators:
            - email: address@concealed
            - email: address@concealed


for now, i need some suggestions:

a) any comments on this syntax ?  
b) any existing place to share code about sympa management ? 
c) any idea of a namespace for sympa contribs on CPAN? Sympa::v6.1x::contrib 
?
