The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

In the "Create a list using a template" section of the "Create List" tab, we
currently have the following List Types available for selection:

* Public discussion mailing list
* Mailing list configuration to be used for a news letter providing both text
plain and HTML formats
* Private working group setup

We would like to change the order so that the "Private Working Group Setup" is
displayed first, then the public option, and then finally the HTML newsletter,
i.e.

* Private working group setup
* Public discussion mailing list
* Mailing list configuration to be used for a news letter providing both text
plain and HTML formats

Is the above possible ?  I tried looking into the documentation for
"create_list.conf", but couldn't see how to change the ordering.
