We have a need to use custom attributes in the subject line of Sympa emails.
Based on our testing, the resolution of attributes only appears to work in the
email body.  Is it possible to enable this feature for the Subject line also ?
If so, how is this achieved ?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable merge_feature
2. Email a Sympa List, Subject: [% robot %], Body: [% robot %]
3. Observe that the resolution only occurs in the body, not the subject.
