The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello,
i have a big problem with sympa 6.1.3 since a few weeks and I am not 
able to understand why this happens.
On some mailing lists I have troubles.

Here is the main problem:

I manage 2 robots myodmain.com and mydomain2.com on the same sympa server.

For example list called address@concealed has these errors:

Dec  7 11:46:27 lists wwsympa[14828]: err List::get_subscriber() Unable 
to retrieve information from database for user address@concealed


user address@concealed is SUBSCRiBED so is a member of the 
mailing list address@concealed, and there is the database entry as well

I do not understand what is going on but these users cannot receive 
mails from the list.

How could I fix this problem ?
