The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I am having an issue with some of the mailing lists on virtual domains
to distribute messages that have been held for moderator's approval. The
user and moderator gets the message that it has been held for approval,
but when the moderator clicks on the message to release it the message
does not get distributed to the mailing list. I have set the logging
level to 4 to try and figure this out myself, but I am not finding
anything that can help.

I am able to release messages on the primary domain for those mailing
lists that are configured, just not the mailing lists for the virtual
domains.

Ideas?
