The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Apologies if this is the wrong list for my query, but is it possible to
install sympa on a shared linux host environment, e.g. dreamhost, hostgator
etc?

My own host is ok for installing certain modules, though I was wondering if
sympa can run in a shared host enviroment
