Hi Nomadic11 (weird name, by the way) Le 28/07/11 12:16, address@concealed a écrit : address@concealed">Beats me. I never used this kind of service before.Hello Apologies if this is the wrong list for my query, but is it possible to install sympa on a shared linux host environment, e.g. dreamhost, hostgator etc? My own host is ok for installing certain modules, though I was wondering if sympa can run in a shared host enviroment To install Sympa, you need a shell access with root privileges; also you need to be able to configure the MTA and web server. You need to be able to install CPAN modules. That's about it. If the hosting service provides this level of access, then there is no reason why you couldn't install Sympa. Hope this helps. Regards, David P.S.: We'll be more than happy if you share your experience with us about the installation of Sympa on this kind of hosts. address@concealed">thanks --
