I am migrating a server from sympa 5.3.3 to 6.0.5 and in 5.3.3 we use 
custom_conditions.  In the old system the file was located at 
/home/sympa/bin/etc.  That location does not exist in sympa 6.0.5  Where do I 
put the custom_conditions folder in 6.0.5?  We have scenarios that I have 
migrated that are not working because it cannot find the custom_conditions 
folder.
