stored? I can envision somebody posting something to such a list,
and later telling me that it was a mistake and I need to kill that
message from going out. So how would I delete the queued-up post?

In current Sympa version you can't manage this spool using wwsympa admin interface, you you have to deleted all bulkmailer_table rows where the delivery_date is XXX AND listname is YYY AND ....
