When one sets delivery_time so that posts are delayed until some later
time, say early in the morning, where are those queued-up posts
stored?   I can envision somebody posting something to such a list,
and later telling me that it was a mistake and I need to kill that
message from going out.   So how would I delete the queued-up post?
