sorry for the late response;
we run with postfix, not sendmail, but we don't especially integrate
with postfix. We just run spamd standalone, and include a spamc pipeline
in the delivery aliases for the sympa lists.
e.g.:
listname: "| /usr/bin/spamc | /usr/local/pkg/sympa/bin/queue listname"
You can do this for yourself by:
a) modifying existing alias file to match
b) modifying list_aliases.tt2 so that enw lists are created appropriately.
