Yes I want to delegate to a list master thon a robot (virtual host)
the possibility to administrate fully sympa.

Thank you for your suggestion but it seems that the list master need
to write some configuration file and to dump it on the sympa
directory. And it si not a solution from my side, beacuse only root as
this kind of right. In fact I want to fully delegate the sympa
administration on a virtual host including injection of ldap entry on
it.
